Me creigo que hue ye menister ricordar una encertata reflexion d'o tamien Papa actual Benedicto XVI que aparixeva n'o libro Commentary on the
Documents of Vatican II:
Over the pope as expression of the binding claim of ecclesiastical authority, there stands one’s own conscience which must be obeyed before all else, even if necessary against the requirement of ecclesiastical authority.(J. Ratzinger: H. Vorgrimler (ed.), Commentary on the Documents of Vatican II, New York 1967, vol. V, 134).
Una verdat simpla e clara: “Per dencima d’o Papa como exprision d’a vinculant demanda de l’autoridat eclesiastica, bi ye a própia conciéncia, á la que bi ha que obedeixer antes que tot l’atro; mesmo, si ye menister, en cuentra, d’o que desija l’autoridat eclesiastica.”
